I've never gotten a storage locker before and the only reference I had was from horror and thriller movies that have scenes in dilapidated storage centres...safe to say I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and safe the facility is and how friendly the staff was. It was easy to sign up and get some really great deals and I feel really good about leaving my stuff there. I left without feeling like I was leaving the set of a slasher film and I got a bag of candy :)

As usual, I always feel welcomed. I was once a client left and returned and still the same service of wonderful teamwork from your wonderful staff. Sure, I hope you pay them well. They're well worth it. The yard is always tidy. My only
Small complaint is ours of operation. And when you're not there, we're allowed in, but on holidays, we're not allowed in period what would be the difference. There was a couple of times where I had to get in and couldn't get in. And I had to go and buy a handful of painting materials and equipment, because I couldn't get a hold of my painting equipment. Rather then that very satisfied. A tip of the hat for all the hard work your staff does.

I had to find a good locker space for my mother’s belongings while she stays in a care home. South Surrey U-Lock has turned out to be the perfect place. Clean, heated, in a central location, multiple sizes, plus an amazing helpful staff. I highly recommend them.

I was a warehouse manager and notice little things. Garage door needs greasing, I mention it to the staff it’s done the next time I’m there. Same for the front entrance gate, it was greased by the next day. A rolling cage cart needed welding it was done the next time I was there. They do walk arounds to ensure everything is in order.
The maintenance staff are excellent and Jason likes to keep the floors clean and polished.
To me this is a well organized and run operation.
