I stored things here for many years. The unit was good, and things were kept nicely clean. They supplied various styles of moving dollies, which was helpful. We experienced no issues with security. So it was decent. But I moved out a few months ago. I had became less and less satisfied as the price crept up and up and up over time. And the access was less than optimum. The large bay door wouldn't open during some of the later “open” hours so we had to struggle awkwardly through the ordinary door at times. All holidays were zero access, including ones (e.g., Labour Day) that are generally associated with weather and timing that would link logically to moving/storage access. There weren’t any reward benefits extended to long-term customers (though if you could see into the future you could pay a whole year in advance and then get a free month at the end of that) though I sometimes saw good promotional deals for new customers. I should have moved to a different site earlier but circumstances piled up to make that difficult.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the level of service I received from Abe at U-Lock Mini Storage deserves special recognition. Abe went above and beyond in every possible way to help me and my family during a very stressful time. He took the time to understand our complicated situation with patience, empathy, and professionalism that’s truly rare these days.
We’re not the easiest customers — we come with a lot of baggage (in more ways than one!) — but Abe never once made us feel like an inconvenience. Instead, he treated us with genuine respect, kindness, and care. He found creative solutions, saved us money, and made sure we left feeling supported and valued.
Abe is the kind of person who restores your faith in customer service. He’s knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate, and absolutely dedicated to helping people. In all my years dealing with businesses, I’ve never experienced better service than what Abe provided.
If every company had an employee like him, the world would run a lot smoother. Thank you, Abe, for your integrity, patience, and kindness — you truly went the extra mile and made a lasting impression.

I had to move, unexpectedly, and needed somewhere to put my things. Going strictly on google reviews, I gave U Lock a try. From the moment I walked into the office, I’ve been given amazing service, a wonderful, safe, storage solution and marvel at how well this storage facility operates. It’s very clean, well equipped with Dollies etc. and every staff I’ve encountered has given me full confidence that I chose the right place. These guys are amazing, you won’t be disappointed when you store your items here. What an impressive business in our community.

I recently used the storage lockers at U-Lock Mini Storage,White Rock, and I wanted to highlight the excellent customer service provided by one of their store associates. Her name is Mani. From the moment I walked in, She was welcoming, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the locker options available. She patiently walked me through the process, answered all my questions without hesitation, and made sure I felt comfortable with my selection before finalizing the rental.
