I inquired about short term car storage online and was provided the current promotion with first month free. Sentinel likely provides this promotion to entice customers and hope they stay longer. My storage duration was less than the first full month. I was able to utilize the promotion against my storage time and there were no surprises or extra costs than those provided up front. Everything was consistent between online and the people serving my needs. Service was great, sentinel was ethical all the way through and all terms were provided up front without deviation. My experience was awesome and will use Sentinel when I need storage again in the future.

Our experience with Sentinel Storage has been wonderful. The Unit was ready and clean upon our arrival, the people are courteous and supportive, and our things remained in good condition all throughout. My experience was really nice. Mr Singh was really courteous and professional and guided through all aspects, overall sentinel storage was the best experience!! Due to its cleanliness and variety of options for storage facility.
