Jazz being store manager was very helpful and understanding to my situation. Showed me all the units I may be interested in. Had paperwork drawn up for me in and explained everything I needed to know. Extremely patient with me as he answered all my questions. I highly recommend this place the service was awesome. Which I have to say I don't see customer service like this hardly ever. Ty Jazz

I am jus writing this for one individual A B H I J E E T Attention to every one looking for storage Here is My very own version and personal experience dealing and doing business with sentinel storage. So it happened to me suddenly ..as after getting kicked from my present house I was almost on road ..I was searching for accommodation and I had a lot of stuff with me ..I went to sentinel storage 73 ave surrey branch .....I must tell you that ABHIJEET is a gem 💎 he took care of all my stuff gave me such a kind professional service. 5 stars to this person he is definitely some one for which I can come back again. Gave me fair deal and helped me over all. Nice genuine person and easy to deal with. Lastly ....thumbs up to abhijeet he is a born star 🌟

Our experience with Sentinel Storage in Surrey was outstanding. We were on a tight timeline for renovations in January 2025. Jas was amazing. He walked me through setting everything in up in time for our movers to bring all our belongings over the next morning. He was very transparent with regards to pricing and how to minimize our costs. Facility was clean and easily accessible. We would definitely use this company and location again in the future. Thank you for all your help during a stressful time.

I arrived 5 minutes before closing as I was stuck in traffic. Jazz assisted me and did not rush me although it was already way past open hours. He showed me the unit and other options. It was a seamless process renting with them. There was no other charges and all details is explained well with Jazz. I know other team members are as wonderful as he is.

5'x10'	Small (50 square feet) The size of a large walk-in closet. Good for a mattress set, couch, dining room tables, chairs, boxes.
5'x15'	Small (75 square feet) The size of a small bedroom. Good for large dining sets, desks, cabinets, mattress sets, washer/dryer.
10'x10'	Medium (100 square feet) The size of a large bedroom. Good for bedroom sets, refrigerator, large drawers, multiple boxes.
10'x15'	Medium (150 square feet) The size of a small one car garage. Good for multiple bedroom sets, large appliances, smaller cars, boats, other vehicles, patio sets.
10'x20'	Large (200 square feet) The size of a standard one car garage. Good for multiple bedroom sets, trucks, trailers, large furniture items, mid size vehicles, miscellaneous items.
