Very nice folks and the rental, check in was simple and fast. They even took the time to show me the unit to make sure i was happy with it before we signed everything. Units are clean and dry, they have elevators etc so no stairs.

I have had a unit with this company for many years and I can assure you they are very professional. Anytime I needed something to be addressed they were more than willing to help. What I love about this storage is the amount of space you have in order to organize your items. Likewise If you need a truck to pick up items there’s plenty of space. Another thing is peace of mind when it comes to security. I know that when I put my items there I can rest assure my items are safe and secure. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professional service and a secured location.

Rented a locker for 2 years with this business. It was called “Storage for your life “ I moved my belongings out of my apartment to a locker because I was living at work. I’ve never had rats until I moved into this storage unit. When I mentioned it to them they said well some other people may have them and your belongings draw them. (I was on the second floor inside) They put traps in front of my door and continue to take my money. Now looking back I should’ve take my stuff out of there but I was out of town still and I kept using them. Now sentinel will say they have a great security system and top of the line repossession team (keep in mind for later)I went really late on paying one of the bills and ended paying in time to get it unlocked to find it empty. When I told them they said it was too late and that they wouldn’t even look into it and that I can have the empty locker for 25% off managers deal. When they asked why I didn’t report at first ( because I was out of town* ) they asked me if I knew where I was. Inferring in Surrey and that these things happen…. We’ll security isn’t as tight as they said earlier* and that there policies for money replacement of valuables is so short that they can get away with anything if they just postpone and keep taking payments. When I asked why I’m not eligible for an investigation they said that they have the most professional security team that opens the units and they are trustworthy. (I build security systems for a living for prisons and a lot more complicated infrastructure. ) My unit has an alarm on it. When the company takes possession of a unit they turn it off, supposedly they put it back on and take pictures to keep track. So the information of my valuables are in there archives and they won’t do anything about it? Why? Because it costs them money (obviously business isn’t making any money so they have to extort it out of current clients) The lack of due diligence and professionalism that they “claim”to operate with is dillusional! They screwed up!!!!! Whether it was forgetting to alarm the unit, failure to lock it properly and or the most obvious at the very least one of there employees passed on the information to friends to target my unit and leave the alarm off for long enough for me to be out of town and come back to report it “too late” for them to even start an investigation!! They still harass me til this day! They sold what was left of my stuff And my locker is now vacant. As a blue collar worker to most likely another blue collar worker please do not use this place. If anyone else have had a similar experience I’ll be happy to receive messages and talk more.
