Paul, the assistant manager, was extremely professional and respectful and helpful. Also, whoever was speaking with me on the phone with similarly and professional and helpful and informative. I feel that my items will be safe here. And also free from mold because it is climate controlled, which is exactly what I want to keep all my items safe! Top quality service!

Words are not enough to express my appreciation for him. Ronit has a very calm demeanour,
remarkable communication skills and attention to detail. He listens to the needs of the customer and provides the best solution to their storage needs.
He makes the entire process from start to completion a very delightful experience.
He is very understanding with a great degree of situational awareness before he makes a decision in response to the situation on hand
He possesses sound problem solving skills and coordinates site activities with the facilities maintenance staff with good practical knowledge and expertise, always very clean and well maintained to perfection.
Ronit and his team are working extensively, doing a great job by enhancing the service quality ( 5 star ratings) of the team management par excellence. Ronit is a great asset to the company. My experience with Sentinel the moment I walked in he was very friendly, courteous, polite and explained to me all the terms and conditions and disclosures in a very convincing manner. He is very hard working and provides top notch customer care and most valued service.

Facility was okay besides seeing homeless/addicts using the facility as their home and keeping all their belongings there. Thank goodness I moved. I hated my wife and mother using this facility, it made them feel uncomfortable every visit.
Now I'm at a new facility with another company and dont see the same behavior here. That's what I get for getting a storage in Newton LOL!

We recently rented a storage unit at Sentinel Storage and had a great experience overall. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind while storing our belongings. What really stood out was the excellent customer service we received from Ronit. He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Ronit took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure all our questions were answered. His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made the experience smooth and stress-free.
