We went to Sentinel Storage recently, and Tanvi (the assistant manager) was honestly amazing. She helped us figure out the right storage unit, explained all the policies in a super clear and friendly way, and didn’t rush us at all. She really took her time with us.
Tanvi was super polite, really considerate, and just easy to talk to. You can tell she knows her stuff—she’s organized, patient, and genuinely cares about making the whole process simple for people. She made everything way less stressful than we expected.
Overall, we left really impressed. Thanks, Tanvi, for making the whole thing such a smooth experience!

My first time using Sentinel Storage, and the store manager Ronit did an amazing job of explaining to me the promotions and services they provide to meet my needs. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his customer service skill. I had an outstanding experience renting my storage unit with the store manager, Ronit. I wasn’t sure what size I needed, but Ronit quickly figured it out after asking a few thoughtful questions and recommended either a 5×15 or 10×10. Showed me both the units to help me decide. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free — always with a smile.
I had to call a few times following our in-person visit while deciding what day to start the contract, and he was incredibly patient each time, taking the time to explain the differences between the payment options and discounts. He even informed us about their move-in truck, which I didn’t realize was an available add-on service!
What an exceptional manager and employee. He recalled every customer by their name and acknolwegeded everyone who walked in through the door even when busy. The level of customer service here is truly exceptional. Thank you so much, Ronit — you’ve earned a loyal customer!

Polite friendly, helpful people. Especially Tanvi. The storage units are clean and well taken care of. The buildings are bright, and safety is paramount. They have cameras in and outside of the buildings and you have your own code to get in and out of gates and buildings. So far my first storage rental experience has been very positive.
