Exceptional service at Sentinel Storage – Surrey, BC
Recently, I moved some household items into temporary storage at the Sentinel Storage location in Surrey, and I had an excellent experience thanks to the Store Manager, Ronit Ramamurthy.
Ronit was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to patiently listen to my requirements, clearly explained all the available options and procedures and made the onboarding process smooth and stress-free. He also walked me through current offers and helped me choose the best and most cost-effective option, while also future-proofing it in case I need longer-term storage.
What really stood out was his professionalism, transparency and genuine willingness to help and there was no pressure, just thoughtful guidance tailored to my needs. His support made a potentially stressful task very easy and straightforward.
Highly recommend this location and especially Ronit for anyone looking for reliable storage and outstanding customer service.

I want to recognize Ronit at Sentinel Storage (Surrey) for truly exceptional customer service. From the moment I spoke with him, he was professional, patient, and incredibly reassuring. He has remarkable communication skills: clear, respectful, and easy to understand, and he takes the time to genuinely listen, ask the right questions, and make sure he fully understands the situation before acting. His calm and composed approach immediately reduced the stress of the moment.
I lost the keys to my unit, and Ronit handled it with urgency and care. He explained the process clearly, kept me informed, and coordinated quickly with the maintenance team to get everything resolved the very same day. What stood out most was how attentive and proactive he was throughout. He didn’t just point me in a direction, he took ownership of the issue and made sure it was fully taken care of. His efficiency, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and straightforward.

A Nice & clean storage facility, would recommend.
Also, I've had wonderful customer experiences with Jas- he helped with my initial storage as well as my 2nd and both times were very pleasant.
He is always smiling & friendly and his explainations are easy to understand.

Had a great experience with this storage company. The facility is clean, secure, and very well organized. A special shoutout to Jaz and Ronit, both were extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, from explaining the options to getting me set up quickly. Customer service like this really makes a difference. Highly recommend!
