We had a great experience. Very helpful and polite staff. Jazz and Ronit helped us most of the time. All three staff members are amazing. Got best deals. I think Sentinel storage is a way better option comparatively its competitors.

Great experience dealing with Ronit both over the phone and in store. The process was Smooth and professionally handled. The environment is clean and organized. The site has plenty of spaces for our rv to be towed in and park. Previous communications with Tanvi and Jas over the phone were also pleasant and effective.

I cannot say enough good things about Sentinel Storage in Surrey, especially Tanvi. The reservation process was easy, and especially Tanvi who helped us tremendously with some last minute changes. She went out of her way to make sure we understood the agreement and the preparations for our move. She has outstanding people skills. We thank her so very much.

I have been a customer of Sentinel.ca in the Surrey location at
13498 73rd Ave for a couple of years. Recently, i needed to upgrade to a larger unit, where your employee Jaz not only showed understanding and compassion, and helped me out. His explanation of service and going beyond what others have shown, he excels in his job. While waiting for his help, I observed the way he treated other customers, offering options and patience in some difficult situations. My commendations go beyond expectation, and I wish to recognize and show appreciation for his well-executed job.
