I had an outstanding experience renting my storage unit with the store manager, Ronit. I wasn’t sure what size I needed, but Ronit quickly figured it out after asking a few thoughtful questions and recommended either a 5×15 or 10×10. Showed me both the units to help me decide. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free — always with a smile.
I had to call a few times following our in-person visit while deciding what day to start the contract, and he was incredibly patient each time, taking the time to explain the differences between the payment options and discounts. He even informed us about their move-in truck, which I didn’t realize was an available add-on service!
What an exceptional manager and employee. He recalled every customer by their name and acknolwegeded everyone who walked in through the door even when busy. The level of customer service here is truly exceptional. Thank you so much, Ronit — you’ve earned a loyal customer!

Polite friendly, helpful people. Especially Tanvi. The storage units are clean and well taken care of. The buildings are bright, and safety is paramount. They have cameras in and outside of the buildings and you have your own code to get in and out of gates and buildings. So far my first storage rental experience has been very positive.

Very helpful and polite staff.Tanvi helped us most of the time. All three staff members are amazing. Got best deals. I think Sentinel storage is a way better option comparatively its competitors.

Great experience dealing with Ronit both over the phone and in store. The process was Smooth and professionally handled. The environment is clean and organized. The site has plenty of spaces for our rv to be towed in and park. Previous communications with Tanvi and Jas over the phone were also pleasant and effective.

WHAT A DELIGHT THIS SITE IS! From the minute I requested a quote, to the final move in, the team at Surrey has been nothing but top notch and excpetional. I have dealt with many storage units in my day, but I can honestly say this site takes top postiion. Clean. Modern, Secure. From the gates to the office, I cannot recommend the Surrey location enough!
