I had a great experience with this storage facility. The units are new and clean, and the long access hours are very convenient. The mobile self-lock system is easy to use and makes everything much more efficient. Vincent was especially helpful—he was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions patiently. Highly recommended!

I was completely new to storage rentals, and they both took the time to clearly explain everything—from unit sizes to rental terms and policies. Very impressed by our impromptu visit to NationWide Self Storage - we came in looking for options for storage for home staging and were toured around the storage area. The space is clean and secure with lots of cameras. The building is accessible 7 days/week. Vincent and Prabh were friendly and explained our options and instructions for accessing the storage unit. They reviewed the current promotions as well, which was appreciated.

Asza and Kishan were amazing! They helped us pick a locker perfect for our needs, accommodated our move-in and move-out, and got us a great deal. The storage itself was very clean and well-maintained, with a climate-controlled environment. The app made access even easier. One of the best storage spots in the Vancouver and lower mainland region!
